TransChecker offers two services: (1) Bulk translation and (2) Translation chat conversation (ChatPreter).

1. Bulk translation
   • The bulk translation service allows you to translate your manuscript into multiple languages at once.
   • You can create translations in multiple languages at once, and obtain the back-translations of each translation and the score for whether there are any translation errors at all.
   • You can efficiently correct only the parts that are likely to have translation errors.
   • By understanding the back-translations and translation scores at once, you can immediately see how the machine translator has rephrased the original text. By instantly checking the translation score after correcting the original text, you can efficiently create translations with fewer translation errors.
2. Translation chat (ChatPreter)
   • Translation chat conversation allows you to communicate with foreigners in each other's native language.
   • During a chat conversation, you can see the translation error scores of both your and the other person's translations in four colors.
   • You can check on the spot whether the content posted is really correct by looking at the four-color display.
   • This makes it easier for participants to notice translation errors in each other's posts, allowing them to communicate through translation with confidence and trust.

TransChecker is a tool for making use of translation engines.

For one source text, the translation engine is used twice, once for translation and once for reverse translation.
The source text and reverse translation are compared to determine whether there are any translation errors.
For this reason, the cost of using TransChecker is charged according to the number of characters translated using the translation engine.
When using the service, you can purchase a ticket using the following procedure, and use the amount of translation up to the number of characters purchased.

Purchase tickets (points) according to the scale of use.

(Example) In a translation from Japanese to English, for 1,000 characters of Japanese source text, the number of translation characters, including the reverse translation, is about twice as many, at 2,000 characters.

• The number of translation characters also varies depending on the language of the other party.
• You can use it as many times as the number of translation characters included in the ticket.
1. Purchase additional tickets
   • When the remaining points on your ticket are low, you will receive an alarm notification, so please purchase additional tickets.
   • TransChecker is a service that does not incur fixed costs and can be used only for the cost of use.
   • The points you use will be deducted from the points you purchased with the ticket.
2. Translation chat (ChatPreter) fees
   • When using the translation chat service, you will be charged a usage fee based on the total number of translated characters in both your and the other person's posts.
   • Points based on the number of translated characters used in all translation chats on the channels you manage will be deducted from your ticket.
3. Ticket types
   • There are multiple types of tickets depending on the amount of translation characters available.
   • The larger the amount, the cheaper the unit price.
   • The ticket is valid for 180 days from the date of purchase.
   • Please purchase a ticket based on the assumption that you will use it within the validity period.

1. Sign up as an administrator (operator) on the TransChecker start page.
2. Register information such as your email address, password, and profile.
   Agree to the terms of use and apply.
3. When you receive the confirmation email, click the confirmation link to register.
4. Log in as an administrator (operator) on the TransChecker start page.
5. Select communication or translation from the menu and start using the service.
