Translation chat participants are invited by administrators (operators) who have registered and purchased tickets.
There is no limit to the number of people an administrator can invite.

- How many channels (conversation rooms) can be created for a translation chat?

Translation chat channels are created by administrators (operators) who have registered and purchased tickets.
There is no limit to the number of channels an administrator can create.

- How many languages can be used for translation chat channels?

You can choose from over 150 languages provided by the translation engine to use in the translation chat.
In the translation chat, you select two languages from the languages supported by the translation engine: your own language and the other person's language.
Please select and use two languages simultaneously on each translation chat channel.
If you would like to use three or more languages simultaneously on one channel, please contact our support staff.

- What happens if I run out of tickets?

When the remaining tickets are exhausted, the system will no longer be usable.
When a ticket is approaching its expiration date or when the remaining points on the ticket fall below 2000 characters (20 points), an alarm will be displayed to notify the administrator (operator).
When the alarm is displayed, the administrator (operator) should purchase additional tickets.
